Healthcare Transformation Executive Dr. Liz Kwo Joins the ChroniSense Medical Board of Directors
Yokneam Illit, Israel, April 25 – ChroniSense Medical welcomes Liz Kwo, MD, MBA, MPH to its Board of Directors as the company’s first independent board director. Dr. Kwo brings extensive clinical, entrepreneurial and leadership experience to the ChroniSense board, as founder and executive of several successful healthcare companies. Currently, Dr. Kwo serves as Chief Medical Officer of Everly Health, a diagnostics-driven consumer health company that encompasses the nationally distributed Everlywell at-home tests among other B2B and B2C healthcare solutions. Prior to joining Everly Health this year, Dr. Kwo was Deputy Chief Clinical Officer at Anthem, a leading health insurance company, and was CEO & Co-Founder of InfiniteMD, a second opinion telemedicine company. Earlier in her career, Dr. Kwo founded multiple venture-backed technology companies, after earning a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, M.D. from Harvard Medical School, M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and an M.P.H. from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Kwo also serves on the Asensus Surgical Board of Directors in the Compensation Committee (NYSE American: ASXC) and recently held a board seat at Flexion Therapeutics (NASDQ: FLXN).
