She has been directly involved in bringing numerous innovations to market.
Bridget is a Board Director for LeMaitre Vascular Inc. (NASDAQ: LMAT). She serves as Mentor for the IGNITE Accelerator, a MassMEDIC initiative in Boston, and for the Canadian Technology Accelerator via the Consulate in Boston. Bridget is Leader of the Innovation Investing Council at The Committee of 200, an association driven to advance women in business leadership.

Dr. Kwo brings extensive clinical, entrepreneurial and leadership experience to the ChroniSense board, as founder and executive of several successful healthcare companies. Currently, Dr. Kwo serves as Chief Medical Officer of Everly Health, a diagnostics-driven consumer health company that encompasses the nationally distributed Everlywell at-home tests among other B2B and B2C healthcare solutions.
Prior to joining Everly Health in 2022, Dr. Kwo was Deputy Chief Clinical Officer at Anthem, a leading health insurance company, and was CEO & Co-Founder of InfiniteMD, a second opinion telemedicine company. Earlier in her career, Dr. Kwo founded multiple venture-backed technology companies, after earning a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, M.D. from Harvard Medical School, M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and an M.P.H. from Harvard TH Chan School of Public.

Mr. Cohen is the CFO of Rainbow Medical with significant experience in finance, taxes, accounting, equity financing and M&As.
Prior to joining Rainbow Medical, Mr. Cohen served as group corporate controller for several companies among them SuperDerivatives Ltd., the first Company to create a real time option pricing tool delivered over the internet, and Verisity Ltd., (NASDAQ: VRST). SuperDerivatives was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE) for $350M and Verisity was acquired by Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ: CDNS) for $320M.
Mr. Cohen also spent four years in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) both in Tel Aviv and San Jose, California, where he was responsible for hi-tech clients. He is certified as a CPA in Israel, and holds a BA in economics and accounting and an executive MBA, both from Bar-Ilan University.

Randall M. Zusman, M.D. is the Director of the Division of Hypertension at the Massachusetts General Hospital Heart Center and Consultant in Cardiology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in Boston, Massachusetts. He is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Zusman has recently been designated a Specialist in Clinical Hypertension by the American Society of Hypertension.

Ziad Zoghby, M.D. is a Consultant and Vice Chair of the Nephrology/Hypertension Clinical Practice at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. Dr. Zoghby has strong interest in Digital Health applications and has overseen several initiatives of Nephrology Virtual Care and Digital Health transformation at Mayo Clinic. He serves as member on the EPIC Nephrology Steering Board Committee that is tasked to optimize the EPIC Electronic Health Record to the Nephrology and Hypertension specialists.

Dr. Phillips is a practicing Primary Care provider with experience and expertise in digital health, virtual care, and clinical innovation. He served as the Primary Care Consultant for Partners Pivot Labs before transitioning to his role as Innovation Director for Mass-General Brigham’s Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He then served as the Virtual Care Clinical Leader for Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Community Representative for Virtual Care within the Mass-General Brigham Healthcare System. Dr. Phillips now serves as the Director of Innovation for Wellesley Family Care, where he practices clinically and continues to advise multiple start-ups in digital health.

Kvedar, MD, is Professor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School, Chair of the Board of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), Co-chair the American Medical Association’s (AMA) Digital Medicine Payment Advisory Group (DMPAG), and Senior Advisor, Virtual Care, Mass General Brigham. Dr. Kvedar also serves as Editor-in-Chief of npj Digital Medicine, and is the author of two books on digital health: The Internet of Healthy Things and The New Mobile Age: How Technology Will Extend the Healthspan and Optimize the Lifespan.

Robert Jarrin is a strategic advisor on digital health and medicine to various companies, associations, and medical organizations. He formerly served for nearly 20 years as a Senior Director, Government Affairs for Qualcomm Incorporated. Jarrin’s areas of expertise include CMS coding, coverage, and payment of digital medical services, FDA regulation of digital health, and ONC policies on Health IT interoperability.
Jarrin has served on several Federal Advisory Committees covering innovation, safety, health IT standards, and consumer advocacy. He has testified numerous times before the U.S. House of Representatives providing expert testimony on innovation, mobile medical apps, and the 21st Century Cures Act. He currently serves as a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) Digital Medicine Payment Advisory Group (DMPAG).
Jarrin holds several academic adjunct faculty appointments, including the Yale University School of Medicine (Department of Internal Medicine), the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences (Department of Emergency Medicine), and the Georgetown University School of Medicine (Department of Biochemistry and Molecular and Cellular Biology).

Amy Siegel is the co-founder of S2N Health, a strategic services and software provider to healthcare technology innovators. Since its founding in 2011, S2N Health has worked with >150 companies, from start-ups to large global organizations, bringing key insights & custom analytics to product, market, and business decisions. Amy’s 25+ years of experience in the healthcare industry includes VP of Marketing roles at Aspect Medical (acquired by Covidien) and Seventh Sense Biosystems, and 10 years of strategy consulting with Health Advances and Monitor Company. Prior to entering the healthcare space, Amy was a loan officer and policy analyst with the U.S. Export-Import Bank. Amy earned a B.A. from Tufts University and Master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and was a Fulbright scholar in Germany. Amy serves as a mentor and judge for several innovation organizations, including AdvaMed Accel, MassMEDIC Ignite, German Accelerator, Ontario BioScience Organization (OBIO) and mHUB, and guest lecturer at Tufts University, Boston University and UCLA.

He has held senior global leadership positions in the US, Canada, and various European locations as well as serving on Strategic Committees of various startups.
Prior to joining Corin Group as Managing Director, he was Global President of the Cardiac Rhythm Business Unit at LivaNova. Stefano has held senior Executive Positions with Boston Scientific as Vice President of the Peripheral and Neurovascular Business Europe and Global General Manager of the Heart Valve business at Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine California.
Stefano also was the Vice Chair of the Cardiovascular Sector at MedTech Europe.
He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management. Stefano is fluent in English, Italian and French.

Dr. Shirley Giorini-Silfen brings to Rainbow Medical over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Rainbow Medical, she served as VP of clinical and regulatory affairs at Gardia Medical, where she managed the product development process from concept to clinical studies in Europe, and to pre-IDE approval in the USA. In addition, she served as VP of BioControl Medical BCM, a company acquired by AMS, USA; and directed the clinical and regulatory department at Medtronic-InStent, a startup in the field of cardiovascular stents, acquired by Medtronic, Inc.
Dr. Giorini-Silfen holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in microbiology from Tel Aviv University, and a PhD. in molecular biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
